SHPE -  Society for Hispanic Professional Engineers - As a national organization, the local SHPEchapter provides a unique opportunity  for   culturally diverse engineering students to participate with corporations in an effort to establish career networking opportunities.  Chapter members also enjoy locally sponsored socials, seminar lectures by invited experts, and opportunities to succeed in both personal and professional decisions.  Dr. Gonzales is the faculty advisor to SHPE.
