Dr. Bailey obtained his Bachelors from Brigham Young University, his Masters from the University of Southern California, and his Doctorate from the Florida Institute of Technology - all in Electrical Engineering. He brings along 15 years of experience in the aerospace industry, as well as a lively interest in Digital Signal Processing and High Performance Computing. |
